Is it really only €7.5m for him? Conte is one of the best managers I have ever seen. And he achieved really great thing with his team this season, the Serie A title. For example, Bayern Munich spent around €25m for Nagelsmann. So, I find it really low for Conte.

Maybe he is not the best of the best managers.
But still, it is not easy to win the Serie A title despite having a decent squad. We've seen so many examples in history that some teams had big problems during a season with a great squad. Inter succeeded in this and ended Juventus dominance over the years.
