The funny thing is the OP's name and link, Hashing24, trying to lure some customer into that cloud mining money pit?

Also ... when is the wet season expected to start? Because then everybody will be happy again and China may try to not send away this big and productive cow they can milk.

It should be May, maybe not all will produce all the extra energy right of the bat as rains have sometimes been delayed to the end of the month for some regions,  but June should be definitely a full month of cheap mining. But that's just delaying an outcome, what will those miners do after October if indeed they will be pushed out of the two provinces? I'm still douting this all-out ban, maybe less cheap energy, and more taxes, but stopping it completely...
