First of all, are there any financial reward from running node of your project? Almost no one interested to run full node without financial reward. At very least, you need few people to act as community manager and technical support to answer question about your project and how to run/configure the node.

Although there are few exception such as Bitcoin where people usually run full node to perform community service or help Bitcoin network, it's not reliable option unless your coin is very popular.
