Being health-conscious, I tend to drink more water rather than carbonated drinks especially being outside.
Haha, i also do the same, just drink boiled water, no drink any of other beverages. But if i was outside, i would drink mineral water because of there is no boiled water generally.
Warm water will helps more , because cold drinks will also not good for our health.
its Ok to drink cold sometimes but using as Habit and daily routine then this is not good.
