Nobody can predict who will win the EPL title until the winner beginning to surface after over 20 or even more matches have already being played by each clubs.

Look at other leagues with the same winners over and over.
This season we saw many surprises in different leagues, starting with Lille in French Ligue 1, Inter in Serie A, ATM in La Liga and of course City in EPL. So far only Bayern kept the first position in the major ones.
@Oshosondy, in fact 30.8% of voters in this topic predicted that City will get the title this year although we saw how amazing was Liverpool in the previous season. But I agree that in EPL it is hard to know the winner by the mid-season.
