I had some interesting chats with 1xbit customer support after I wanted to test their website, and this is the answers I got after I simply asked them to tell me if they have any betting license for operating.
I also asked them about their withdrawal fees and they first told me that they don't charge it but I could be charged by my payment system, and I don't what that even means.
They probably don't have any license at all and they have one of the worst customer support I ever saw in my life so I wouldn't suggest anyone to send any coins to this website.
