Since it comes from China for some reason I didn't get a tracking number in my email either. Zoom sent me one via PM but their system will also give you one once it arrives in the US.

And for the record, my second order showed up a couple days ago with the proper USB cables. After soldering up some power connectors and splicing it all into a terminal strip they're running smoothly on my raspberry Pi using scripta. I am definitely going to be picking more of these up in the near future and they will all be from Zoomhash, great experience so far.
