There are lots of alts available in the market but top alts are safe investment than low cap coins. But the thing is you have to decide your risk reward ratio. But  I would say divercifing your portfolio is the smartest thing. And one more thing if you really go for holding its better to go for a bit longer like 4 years or maybe 5.
