I'd have doubts about trusting them any more.
I know Yoshi Goto used to run it, but have no idea who does now.

Someone on my pool bought a miner from them recently.
It came with firmware that took a 2% fee - but the guy who bought it never knew about it.
I got him get him to get the datacentre to switch it to standard AB and got the same hash rate.
