Is it possible to remove heatsinks that comes with a RTX3090 and buy liquid cooler for this card? Is there anyone with a RTX 3090 with factory liquid cooler on here? If yes how is the performance? I'm sure it will be better than fan cooling?

HERE , but make sure you are ordering water block to the exact card what you have , water blocks are not interchangeable ( sometimes , in some case maybe) .
Also remember that is just the block. You would still need the pump, reservoir and tubes.
