If the first confirmation has got through, the posterior ones should be producing at an average (not exact) rate of one additional confirmation per 10 minutes. It shouldn’t just stop confirming like you state. Try looking at the TX on a different blockchain explorer to see if it states the same (i.e. blockchair).
