Although the Founder versions are going to be the best priced options for these new cards I am not sure that you can count on the FE versions of the 3080/70 TI's to not be nerfed for ETH. 

I believe Nvidia's statement on FE's never being nerfed was in relation to the existing line of 3060ti 3070/80's.

Nvidia's latest official release statement states all 3070 TI's and 3080 TI's will ship with the LHR mining limiter.

"All GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards will ship with a reduced Ethereum hash rate so they’re less desirable to professional miners."
