This is something else that the Project will need to think about : Management.
One thing I've seen for a few years now. Not saying anyone needs a boss, just some management so skilled workers can perform and not worry about things.
One person cannot do everything related to a project and expect it to be successful and not get burnt out doing so. I think it is almost at the point where devs and contributors are burnt out doing everything all the time.
