I have a question, in case a person uses VPN, and if he makes a profit, if the casino team demands an ID or in his case the KYC, is there a problem? I have seen some cases on other platforms where they can play, make deposits, but some who have won have trouble withdrawing funds, although when they say they use VPN it does not allow them to withdraw.

Is this exempt from that rule? Since casinos represent, in addition to fun, a way to earn money for some players and most of them are players from prohibited countries, the only way to enter to play is through VPN and many of them have a great capacity to play or maybe they are very lucky.


If the user is from a blacklisted country, I would assume that would pose some issues. But assuming that the user is prohibited from playing certain casino games, then it has to be up to the provider (e.g. Evolution Gaming) discretion:
