It takes 2 days to get a reply from my VIP manager 

Please someone help me how to change my host because it is kind of torture instead of VIP treatment, I am platinum 3 please I deserve better.

Eve when Tyler is online (my host) he doesn't reply .. it is almost like email system - I message him then I wait 48 hrs for a reply then again I reply then again he takes 2 days.

PLEASEEEEEEEEE HELP ME CHANGE MY HOST
