They need to have reasons before entering the market, maybe some of them are secretly buying in stash at this dip, or maybe whales are waiting for the perfect opportunity to ride in, some good news that will make the market run again. A good 7%-10% increased a day might be good for them, unfortunately, teh price has stalled for a while and maybe average joe retail investors and traders are just playing the market for now.
