For the past week I've been trying to send a bulk transaction via CSV file and always get this error:

There was a problem sending your transaction:
 error: {u'message': u'TX rejected', u'code': -22}

I also tried moving the funds into another wallet and tried from there, same thing.

It used to work fine before.

What can I do to address this?
