BSC gas fees is 5 gwei and ETH gas fee is till 15 up to 40 gwei

Precisely because we calculate it in USD so the gas cost looks very high. However, if we look at the amount of Eth per transaction, it is still the same now as it was 5 years earlier. And the problem with Gwei BSC and ETH is of course different, because the platforms are different even though they look the same.
