If nothing else works and you are exasperated with trying,
then you can contact admin....

admin@pbmining.comexplain the problem and give him your information in the email,.. he has been very helpful with all of us, i'm sure he can enter your information manually.
once you are signed up you wont have the captcha/keyboard problem.
