I just want some ideas or opinions as I'm struggling to think through how it might work/play out.
Would Bitcoin phase out? Can both exist seamlessly? How/Will they affect each other?

Those CBDC exist or simply just like digital fiat been backed by the government is really not different at all and also both could exist since they do have corresponding pro's and cons but not literally mean out that this would be over with bitcoin.
It doesnt really make any difference now matter how many government backed coins would be created because people would always seek or look out
on where decentralization do really matter.
Bitcoin would progress more as the years goes by as long adoption is moving or increasing then i dont see any problems for us to worry.
