I have core i5 and core i3 CPU's
which folder do I need to excetute?
[amd-barcelona] [amd-bdver1]
[amd-bdver2] [amd-btver2] [generic]
[intel-core2] [intel-haswell] [intel-ivy-bridge]
[intel-nehalem] [intel-sandy-bridge]
I guess "Intel core2" or another one?

Depends on your actual processor numbers. If it starts with "2" then pick Sandy Bridge. If it starts with "3" then Ivy, "4" is Haswell. If it's none of those, then it's probably "nehalem". And if THAT doesn't work go generic.
