Actually, that's not a complete sentence; it's a coordinating conjunction followed by an independent clause.  That stipulation, I believe, gives a more refined version of JayJuanGee philosophy.

You know that your avatar has "made it" when a school of philosophy has been assigned to such avatar, while such avatar had not even pondered upon the meaning of "philosophy."

There's a bot for that.
