I think many people complaining about elonmusk's tweet and then SEC shut him down.

People are massively complaining about him and SEC was also hearing it. It's not yet clear whether SEC will try to bring some elon's tweet to the court or not. It could be a disaster for him caused by this related to the his contract with SEC.
