That' would be great for the cricket and for the spectators also.

I wish if ICC could take this advise seriously and implement in coming T20 Worldcup  Wink

The impact of pitch condition on the outcome of the game is always overemphasized in cricket. It is summer season in England and the pitches in general will be more friendly towards the spinners and the batsmen. And nowadays we rarely see pace friendly pitches. Even WACA and Kingsmead have now become batsmen friendly. In the end, it is always down to the financial considerations. A bowler friendly pitch means that the test match will be over in 3 days and the TV broadcasters may remain unhappy.
A few days ago we saw the Test matches in Sri Lanka. All the pitches have helped the batsmen and the batsmen of both the teams have collected a lot of runs. The matches were complete without any excitement. If they make a bowler-friendly pitch, the match may end in 3 days, the broadcasters may be dissatisfied, but it will be exciting for the general audience. However, cricket boards will definitely look at their financial gain and please the broadcasters.
