He is a master in pumping shitcoins by promising to send them to outer space with his reusable rockets. He just recently pump CumRocket which increased 85% after his tweet.
If I had a 1% chance of being able to get Musk to tweet about WDOG, I would be all over that instead of posting here. Bitcointalk seemed like a great second choice though
