Can't dM just manually resend the funds with a fee attached? Wouldn't it beat his earlier attempt to the block chain?
It is not an urgent transaction. It is a bet on bitcoinex's Probiwon game. I have played since and everything has been fine.As long as the game is eventually played I will let you all know if I win.
