For accounts with zero balances, we have nothing against them claiming the rewards, as long as they wager accordingly and don't game/ abuse/ farm the system.
Are those players with zero balances required to deposit their own money to fulfill the wagering requirements or can they wager the money they win as part of the free rewards system?
It is not a bounty where you need to do task to get the reward.
As I remember, it is like a login reward so you can claim it when you login every 24 hours.
