I contacted http://www.altoutlet.com as they now process EAC for payments. I noticed they have tab set aside for charity. https://www.altoutlet.com/eac/charity

I questioned  how to go about setting up an EAC charity link and this was the response:
 Thanks for the email.. Yes it’s really easy for us to add some EAC supported charities, if you could either let us know the charity name (either registered in the US, or the UK). Alternatively a charity/foundation that accepts EAC directly is also acceptable.
