yes of course but making an exit while have loss is not a smart idea because how you can regain those losses if you will not wait for the right time to sell off and prefer to dive in because of the greediness of some people in the market. That's the common problem here and it's very hard to tell why mostly preferred to jump even though they still have the opportunity to regain all the losses and perhaps the fact that market isn't dead is enough reason to keep hodling..
