Sometimes people get blinded with success and unfortunately with Elon Musk this is happening. He has become the second richest individual in the world, by investing in companies that make overpriced EVs and rockets. Tesla is surviving because of heavy government handouts and subsidies, and even after that they are not profitable (only because of their investment in Bitcoin, Q1 2021 turned out to be profitable for them). SpaceX can't compete against the Russian rockets, so they got their competitors banned. Let's see for how long this loser will be able to sustain with this business model.
