Usually just in the forum when someone posts about it. The criteria are all about many things, it's not just one particular factor that I'll be checking but mainly, it's about the project itself, the team, the use case as much as possible. And other important things if the website is professionally made and if the white paper is original and not just made by someone for them as a copied whitepaper. Judging a project with an obvious fake team then it makes sense to judge and say that it's a fake project.
