Unable to withdrawal to my BTC wallet from cex.io (after selling my LTC to BTC).

Error message indicating my account isn't > 48 hours (but it clearly is).

Support ticket response indicates email confirmation bug (somehow the error message about my account age somehow relates to email confirmation?)
