It depends. Bounties are worth the effort if you find a good one in my opinion, but airdrops usually are not. There are of course exceptions of airdrops that were very profitable, but that was either a few years ago (NEM or Dfinity) or they were linked to some condition that you didn't know before like the airdrop of Uniswap for which you had to have traded on Uniswap before the announcement of the airdrop. If you want to participate in airdrops (and bounties) then you should definitley create an extra wallet just for that kind of stuff because for most airdrops you have to provide a lot of data (which makes them not a real airdrop anymore in my opinion) and you never know where that data ends up.
