So far of the 20 I tried to send out, only 1 worked. Most failed with account does not exist.
A brand new stellar account needs to be funded with 2XLM to actually be created. Also, I cannot send any WDOG to an account if it has not accepted the asset. Instructions for how to do this were in the Airdrop signup page
