We ALL make mistakes. And I don't meant this from a standpoint of preaching. That is, I include myself in this. The important thing is to believe in Jesus as your personal Savior from all mistakes, as I do.

I don't know if Jesus made vaccines or not. If you have clear evidence one wy or another, I'd like to see it.
Other than that, Jesus forgives even you, franky1. Not believing in Jesus is a sin against the Holy Spirit, and sins against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven.
