Stick with bitcointalk whether its Bitcoin related or Altcoin related talks. Most projects prefer to run their bounty in this forum. But in terms of information almost the same its like a mirror of altcoin section of bitcointalk
Now around all Bounty Manager also promote there Bounty on Altcointalks. Yes you true. Actually Bitcointalk has been make for discussion about Bitcoin. A lot has been added here later like Bounty Section. And altcointalks has been created for discussion about Altcoin. However, repenting from BitcoinTock, someone has created altcointalks
