There is nothing shady about that. Our terms of service state that bonuses can be ceased at any time; in this case, the player took several bonuses before, we had no issues whatsoever and credit each and every cent corresponding to reload bonuses.
Although, we determined the user wasn't a recreational player (based on some patterns, action and odds taken), so we contacted the player to inform him that while would allow his action, all bonuses were suspended. The player agreed to new terms given and confirmed this via email.
It was not an arbitrary decision, we took the time to discuss the situation with the user. It is also unlikely to happen to any player, like some of you are suggesting. We are open to review each case and discuss the possibilities, just keep in mind there's always two sides of a story.
Stay well.
It's true that according to your terms you have the right to cancel any bonus at any time you want. However, that is purely rules-wise....on a human level I think it's not fair to do what you did. Especially not when the rollover was nearly finished. If it was at 10% rollover it would be a different story and I wouldn't make a big deal out of it.
However what you state there further is a complete lie. I did not agree to terms given per email and confirm you anything. You simply told me the decision was taken to remove my bonus. When I read that email the bonus was already removed. There was no discussion about this and no agreement.
But the fact that you say I agreed on it makes it look like there was an option to not agree on it? I don't think so. You clearly made your decision and there was no more discussion possible.
If you say I agreed on this decision then please post a screenshot of the email where I said so.
