Well, is Satan real or not? If you really believe he is, then you must believe the reality of all these things of his that you are talking about.

Think about it. Satan isn't simply lying with every word. He is using words and truth to hide the fact that he is lying. And the reason why he is doing it this way, is to destroy people, not just mix them up.

Consider. The greatest liars are the ones who use loads of truth to hide the lies that they introduce... not the other way around. Satan's lie is to hide that he exists. He is using us to do a bunch of things so that we think that there isn't any Satan, or any God, because of how good WE are. The reality of what we have done, makes us think that we are great, and that there isn't any God or Satan. But the things that he helps us do are reality so that we can really see it and believe that we are the great ones.

Your idea of Satan's lie is way smaller than the real lie he is promoting. And the most ironic thing about it is, God enjoys watching us have success... even helps us with our success... even when it is the same thing that Satan is promoting for different reasons. There are many who thank God when their inventions work, even the inventions of thermonuclear devices, and space stations.

Satan didn't catch you sleeping. Rather, he buried you.
