Follow these steps:

Download required files:

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Save your original bios .rom file using gpuz.

Extract the nvflash and save the msi .rom file in the extracted folder.

Run CMD in Admin mode and navigate the the nvflash folder.

Use nvflash -6 229426.rom to flash it.

Please be very careful while doing this.

Can we flash back the stock vbios in future if we want ?

Yes we can flash back with the original bios. Just don't forget to save it.

I'm not sure if this bios will unlock the OC capabilities.

Wait for a couple of hours, I'm trying to get the old vbios that came with our laptop.

The vbios is for Laptop version of RTX 3070, so should be compatible.

Did you also try the msi rom file? It worked for me.

Try on MSI rom also same error message Board ID mismatch. i saw someone say need to download board mismatch crack only can flash, but 1 of them afer flash , cannot see nvdia GPU anymore.... i think instop at 55mhs! anyjow, tks for ur guidance, running smooth and especially voltage lock for watt and temperature, tks!!!
