It’s already done as bitcoin was down to almost $32k price zone. BTW, this type of statement will circulate as bitcoin is on correction mode and everyone will try to push it down by any fuds. So, we don’t need to focus on those statement as those will just create panic on weak hand hodlers/traders and market will be down for few days, than good news will be started to circulate to pump it back which is happened as well.
