What happened now OP? Already tried converting on the Market directly instead (thru trades) and not using the Convert function?

If yes but still can't work it out , then the only one who can answer you is their support.

Maybe a technical bug on your account but not that serious actually since the right balance is still showing. It's just that you can't use the Convert feature as your BNB is showing less as what is supposed to be.
