I do not limit my gambling time but I do limit my gambling money, everyday I set up a profit and loss. Daily I set up a $100 profit and $100 loss whatever comes first I stop already. But I think having a gambling time is only for people with hectic schedule as for me I don't limit my time to enjoy and to entertain myself.
Though this kind of things is a little bit hard to achieve and needed patience and practice.
I also limit my time not so much because I have a hectic schedule but because as we know your luck can vary wildly from session to session, sometimes you have bad luck and your session is over in minutes and sometimes you do well and you could be playing for hours, so in order to limit this when I gamble I set a limit of one hour, that way if I have one of those days in which I could be playing for hours I can limit my time and not forget about the rest of the activities that I have to do during that day.
