No isn't possible in my opinion. Because shiba token's supply is very high.
Circulating Supply: 497,730,966,630,395 according to coingecko
if shiba inu touch $0.01 then the markets will be $4,977,309,666,303.9 (up to Four Trillion) while the total crypto marketcap is $1.58 only trillion
