My current favorite is BCRS (Bitcreds).  Transactions takes place in seconds and they have some committed people. 

Another coin I am tracking right now is XGT.  Their website is xgt.network.  They are just getting things started but have been trouble with their nodes.  They just launched like a week ago and do not have a qt wallet yet.
