The most likely explanation is that your account was hacked somehow. Did you use the same password on freebitco.in as you do on any other site? Have you ever logged onto freebitco.in from a public nonsecure wifi? What kind of 2FA do you use, SMS, google authenticator, or something else?
It's not an "inside job". Freebitco.in wouldn't ruin their reputation for 200k sats. If it was an inside job, they would go after someone with a much larger balance than that.
And I'm not accusing you of anything, but it's hard to take you seriously when today you say you've never touched the dice game, but you posted this last year:
If someone is using 2fa and they get hacked it is almost certainly malware or a malicious application that has allowed someone to hijack their logged-in session.
