Someone might be a newbie in the forum but his/her knowledge can't be. They can be good knowledged in cryptocurrency than most of the senior/hero/legendary members of the forum. Wouldn’t that hurt the newbie if they are restricted?
I understand and agree with you, but the proposal also has a reward of certain amount of merits and automatic promotion of the newbie after the orientation period. These number of merits and promotion might not be attained by the newbie within 90days if left alone.
To me, the restrictions would be an advantage to a newbie in as much as there is a reward.
