We are interested in unresolved cases. Some of the accusations I posted don't even have any single response from your team. I only picked up posts from scam accusations board, but I have seen a lot more unresolved complaints than what I listed in the gambling section and your thread.
When I get time, I post all the links here so that you see how bad the picture is.
