What is the status of that bet? I mean either it is win/loss/pending/in progress. If that already goes to loss then already scammed. But if it is not yet on loss then you are not yet been scammed by them (1xbit). But still wait to be scammed by them.

This bet was placed on a winner 1. The three maps ended with a tie thus there was an overtime, the game ended up with a winner 2.
It is indicated in our rules that the odd on CS:GO are placed with all possible overtimes.
Your terms only talks about overtime on two scenarios:
Total and handicap bets on the rounds
Match winner isnt any of those two scenarios. So I asked your support to clarify. I was told clearly by Roda that in case the 3rd map ends tied 15-15 (which it did) the bet is voided.
Isn't your support responsible for this? I could had sell my bet and I didn't because I thought it would be voided!
