Live betting here is a total disaster. The deck is stacked against you. In the event that you can even get their system to accept one of your bet attempts, know that they have a 30 second window where someone on the other end - who is watching the game - decides whether to accept your bet or not. If something happens in your favor in the match, between the time you press submit and the 30 second window expires - your bet will be rejected. Something unfavorable happen for you? Watch, the odds will change before your bet gets accepted (i.e. from 2.0 to 2.5), but the system will accept your bet at 2.0.

Take a look at this IMGUR gif, which is a quick demo of me trying to place a live bet. This is a small taste of what you will experience if you try to bet here. BetBTC will 100% place blame on Pinnacle, whom they scrape odds from. But at some point, you can't place blame on a 3rd party (pinnacle) who you don't even pay any monies to.

In one specific case, I submitted a live wager and the funds were deducted from my account. I did not receive a ticket confirmation, nor did it show up in my pending bets. But, BetBTC held the funds in a 'pending' state for nearly an hour, and did not return them until after the game was over. Then I come to find that they did not accept my wager (which of course would have won). I get that betting platforms have glitches, but with BetBTC not offering live support, there is no way to know what was going on...I had to operate under the assumption that they booked the bet since the funds were not immediately returned to me. UNder that assumption, I made a hedge bet on the other side of the match --- which was accepted, and lost.

That brings me to my last point. The customer service reps here are very intelligent. But, they are not responsive. In this day and age, it's shocking that support tickets, PM's and posts within threads go days and weeks without a response. On nearly every other betting platform that offers live, you'll find a way to immediately contact support.

Not the case here.


Will they pay you? Yes. Will you experience frustration? Yes. Will that cost you money in the long run? Yes.
Should you play here? Absolutely not.
