we have already checked and provided you with the answer about your account status. Regarding disabling withdrawal function - it's technically possible, but our security team unlikely to do so without your direct request.
I'm still wondering why are my accounts closed. And I still don't know how to withdraw my funds. I'm contacting security since day 1 but no answers so far.

We have already answered to your complaint - we believe that you are trying to get your lost bets refunded, which can't be done without a reason.
Yeah and thats where those newbie accounts posting their complaints here coming , They are the victims from outside forum that has desperately looking for place where to put their claims and they found Bitcointalk.org.
There are a other places in top search results where you can leave your complaint and get an answer, choosing this forum to post doesn't always make a newbie account legit.
Despite account's rating, we don't leave complaints without answers.
